There are several studios in our building.  All with hardwood floors and natural daylight.

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and checks at the time of invoicing. If a credit card is used a 4% convenience fee will be charged.
 

Overtime

Rental Hours are from 8 am – 6 pm.  Overtime is charged at time and a half after 10 hours. Double Time after 12 hours. Before/After hours are treated as overtime for the studio manager & THE STUDIO.
 

Weekend Shoots

The studio manager fee of $350.00 will be charged in addition to THE STUDIO rental fee.
 

Cancellation Fees

72 hours 25% of the negotiated fee
48 hours 50% of the negotiated fee
24 hours 100% of the negotiated fee
 

Cleaning

THE STUDIO should look the way you received it upon departure.

A cleaning fee will be charged in the amount of $250.00 if THE STUDIO feels it necessary. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your rental.

 

Painting

THE STUDIO should look the way you received it upon departure.

A painting fee will be charged in the amount of $300.00 if THE STUDIO feels it necessary. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your rental.

 

Damage/Loss/Repair

You will be contacted within 24 hours of your rental if there were any missing items, damage, or repair.
