Still Photo Shoots

$1,200.00 for a 10 hour day

Studio overtime after 10 hours is $180.00 per hour

Studio manager overtime after 10 hours is $52.50 per hour based on $350.00

Weekend shoots - Studio Manager at $350.00 will be charged

Casting

$800.00 for an 8 hour day

Studio overtime after 8 hours is $150.00 per hour

Studio manager overtime after 8 hours is $46.50 per hour based on $350.00

Weekend shoots - Studio Manager at $350.00 will be charged

Webisodes/Podcast (crew size under 15 people. If you have more, higher rates apply)

$1,700.00 for a 10 hour day

Special Events

We have a Braun Tassimo single serve coffee, espresso, latte, cappuccino, tea & hot cocoa machine available at $20.00 per day (23 assorted coffee pods).                    

Payment:

Payment is due upon receipt.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and checks at the time of invoicing. If a credit card is used a 3% convenience fee will be charged.

Overtime:

Rental Hours are from 8am – 6pm.  Overtime is charged at time and a half after 10 hours. Before/After hours are treated as overtime for studio manager & THE STUDIO.

Weekend Shoots: Studio manager fee of $350.00 will be charged in addition to THE STUDIO rental fee.

Cancellation Fees:

72 hours 25% of negotiated fee

48 hours 50% of negotiated fee

24 hours 100% of negotiated fee

Cleaning: THE STUDIO should look the way you received it upon departure.

A cleaning fee will be charged in the amount of $250.00 if THE STUDIO feels it necessary. You will be contacted within 24hours of your rental.

Painting: THE STUDIO should look the way you received it upon departure.

A painting fee will be charged in the amount of $300.00 if THE STUDIO feels it necessary.

You will be contacted within 24hours of your rental.

Damage/Loss/Repair:

You will be contacted within 24hours of your rental if there were any missing items, damage or repair.
